About the Shaker Heights High School Jazz Groups

There is one Jazz group at Shaker Heights High School for the 2026-27 academic year.

Jazz Band

This is a professional level Jazz group in a big band format directed by Mr. Bill Hughes. Membership is by audition only.

Concert dates:

February 2027 at the Lakeland Jazz Festival

March 13, 2027- Perform at Shaker Heights Schools Foundation Night for the Red and White

April 7, 2027 - 7 pm Evening of Jazz at SHHS
